Urinary bladder, Kidneys, Adrenals, Hamstring, Pelvic floor, Gluteus Maximus, Posterior calf muscles, Spinal Erectors, Quadratus Lumborum, Latissimus Doris, Scalp, Suboccipitals, Sacral Plexus, Sciatic Nerve, Achilles Tendon.


Week 1 - Kneeling Forehead to Knee + Yogi Squat + Tree Pose.
