Water element (Yin) organ.
Energy of survival and self-defence.
Key functions are:
Sympathetic nervous system, Fight/flight,
Extensor Reflex, Fertility, Orgasm, Inhale and grasping prana.
Mental aspects of Will Power and Blind Faith.
Connected to Fear/Shock.
Channel for prana to move inward and downward.
Working on physical structures:
Kidneys, Adrenals, Pelvic Floor, Quadratus Lumborum,
Posterior Thigh Adductors.
