Classes are £15 to drop in.
5 Class packs are £50, made by bank transfer or cash.
Class packs expire after 3 months.

Small, friendly and welcoming classes. Great for building strength and flexibility but there is also space for calmness, quiet and relaxation. Max supports all ages and abilities. There is lots of encouragement for beginners but also challenge for the more able practitioners. An inspirational teacher.
